Promotional Products Hack: How to Save Thousands by Ordering Overseas

Trying to save money on your promotional products? One way to significantly reduce the cost of your order is to let us ship your products from overseas!

The only catch is this: overseas shipping means it will take longer for your order to arrive. Obviously, for rush orders, overseas shipping is not a realistic option. However, when you know far in advance that you will need promotional products in the future, overseas shipping can be a lifesaver!

Example: Let’s say you order 500 embroidered hats 4 times throughout the year, totaling 2,000 hats.

If you order the hats domestically each hat will cost approximately $5, totaling $10,000.

But, if we create custom hats for you overseas, each hat will cost approximately $3, for a total of $6,000.

In this example, the total savings would be approximately $4,000!

Plus, by letting us create your order overseas, your hats can be completely customized, with all the bells and whistles.

If you choose to order the hats all at once, we can also store them for you, and ship them to you as needed. This way you still get the low price from ordering overseas, without the hassle of having to store a large quantity of hats in one location.

Make Sure You Do This Before Selling Your iPhone!

Ready to upgrade your smart phone? No matter what kind of phone you have, you will be faced with the dilemma of what to do with your old device…

Whether you plan on selling or recycling your old phone, it is important to erase all the information off your phone before getting rid of it. Someone who has access to your phone has access to your messages, email, apps, photos, and much more. Handing over this information puts you at tremendous risk for identity theft.

To wipe all information off of your iPhone, go to settings, general, reset and choose erase all content. If you can’t access the phone because of a broken screen, plug it into your computer. If your phone can power on and it automatically accesses your Wi-Fi, use your computer to log onto icloud.com/find. Sign in, locate your phone and choose the “erase the phone” option.

Even if your screen is broken and your phone won’t turn on, your information is not secured. That’s why you should never give your phone to anyone without wiping it first.

Speaking of technological security, private eyes are a popular option to protect your smart phone or laptop camera from being hacked.

How the Plastic Straw Ban in California Will Affect Your Business

A recent bill approved by California lawmakers proposes a ban on plastic straws – specifically, this legislation would prohibit full-service, dine-in restaurants from offering plastic straws to customers unless specifically requested.

Assuming the bill is signed into law, California will be the first state to enforce restrictions on plastic straw usage. Many environmentalists expect other states and nations to follow suit in the near future.

This new legislation is actually a great opportunity for restaurants to invest in branded, reusable straws. Not only will this ensure your business is compliant, it furthers your brand exposure!

There are several options when it comes to branded straws. For instance, our candy stripe straw is super fun and very affordable.

If your business is not a restaurant, investing in branded tumblers with plastic straws will help your clients enjoy their beverages without having to ask for plastic straws.

Compact “Carry-On” Perfect for Budget-Conscious Travelers

If you’re flying on a budget, you may not be allowed to bring a full-sized carry-on item on board, depending on the ticket you purchase. In many cases, economy travelers are only permitted one personal item on board, and any other carry-on bags must be checked.

Efficient packing is key to avoiding baggage check fees.

The High Sierra Underseat Luggage turns your carry-on item into a personal item. It is specifically designed to fit perfectly under an airplane seat!

Even though it’s small, this piece of luggage has a surprisingly roomy interior, with plenty of space to fit your belongings. It includes a front pocket organizer, top quick access pocket, interior mesh pocket and a side water bottle pocket. It also features a multi stage trolley handle and back side trolley strap, for convenient carrying! (This would be perfect for a branded higher-end client gift.)

Want to be an even more space-efficient? Packing cubes enable you to travel lighter and pack smarter, keeping your belongings organized and compact!

  1. Your Brand Might Not Say It All.

There’s only so much information you can include in your brand name. A tagline is a fast and easy way to answer some initial questions people may have about your business. It’ll grab their interest and help them to understand what your business is all about.

  1. Your Mission Statement Should Be Heard!

Does your company have a mission statement? A mission statement can be a very powerful asset in marketing your business, so don’t keep it hidden on the “About Us” page of your website. Instead, make the most of it by turning it into a catchy tagline!

  1. Help Your Business Stand Out!

While a good tagline can be a great asset, a bad tagline can actually hurt you. Make sure your tagline describes something unique to your business. Instead of telling people what you do, focus on why you are successful and what makes you different from the competition.

  1. Leave a Legacy for Your Company!

A catchy tagline will help your business be remembered, today and into the future. Successful taglines stay in the mind of consumers for years down the road. Companies such as McDonalds and GEICO are remembered for their taglines almost as much as they are for their business names.
